RV
The RV has a private bedroom with a queen bed, TV, cabinets, and under bed storage; a kitchen/living room with a love seat, booth, double sink, stove, fridge, cabinets, TV, and DVD player; a rear bunkhouse with bunked full beds; and a full bathroom including a shower/tub combo. It has central heat and AC.
Pump House Cabin
The pump house contains the well head, pump, and pressure tank, which are hidden under a counter; a full bed bunked over a full futon; and a TV, DVD, NES Classic, and SNES Classic. It has heating and AC.
Pond Side Cabin
The pond side cabin has a bedroom with a full bed, two night tables, TV, and DVD player. It is heated and has a window AC unit. It also has a full bathroom with a tiled shower, toilet, double concrete sink, and a clothes washer. It is heated and a stand fan is used for cooling on hot days. It also has a small deck.
Small Barn
There is a small barn used primarily for storage and as a workshop.
Other Accommodations
Kennel and Run. There is a large kennel with an attached run for dogs.
Outdoor Kitchen. In addition to the RV kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen with a large flat top grill, refrigerator, microwave, prep table, and 8 foot dining table under a canopy. You can also dine on the deck near the pond at a four-person teak table with a large sun umbrella.
Hammock. There is a hammock between two trees near the pond.
Tent Camping. There is an acre of grassy area and 2 acres of back woods that can be used for tent camping if desired.
